Overview

By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and accepts below terms and conditions:

1. The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipment.
2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that goods comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
3. The Company will arrange for the transportation of goods as per the Client’s instructions and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. The Company will act as an intermediary between the Client and carriers.
5. The Company is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
6. All charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and nature of the goods.
7. The Client agrees to pay all fees and charges as specified in the quotation or invoice. Payment terms will be decided between AF logistics and client.
8. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or changes in laws.

Note: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to the Client.
